Remanufacture of pumps
Standard repair technology of hydraulic pumps assemblied in cars includes:
  1. External washing.
  2. Disassembly.
  3. Washing of parts.
  4. Verification of parts:
    • Check-up if they have any visible traces of damages or effetenesses,
    • Size check-up,
    • Play check-up,
    • Threads check-up etc.
  5. Sanding of housing and other external parts.
  6. Painting of housing and other external parts.
  7. Check up with the use of metallograpgic defectoscope whether they have any microfractures.
  8. Puntying of driving shaft.
  9. Puntying of front rotor plates.
  10. Exchange of seal kits.
  11. Exchange of bearings.
  12. Fitting of parts based on conducted measurements.
  13. Assembly.
  14. Check-up on a diagnostic stand.
  15. If the result is negative the pump is being remanufactured once more.
    If the test result is positive the next procedure includes:

  16. Permanent stamping of an earlier given number.
  17. Sealing (in the way that any unauthorised attempt of overhaul will execute breaking of the seal).
  18. Transport of a hydraulic pump to the store-house of finished articles.

Each hydraulic pump, remanufactured at our company has its' own identity card with parts register, that have been used for remanufacturing.. If the measurement didn't fit in the tolerance field the parts need to be exchanged. (a standard remanufacture doesn't include potential exchange of rotor, outer rotor's ring, clutch shaft, housing).
